"I've been a customer of Kim Gardner's Statefarm for about 8 years. I left in March of this year thinking I would find some better insurance, at a better rate. I was wrong! I got a policy at Geico, and was not satisfied with the rate. Then the rate increased after 6mos. I kept and am now back at home with Kim, Elaine, and Miss Caroline. They are really like family. The outstanding customer service, attention to details, and knowledge they show are unmatched. So very pleasant, and always greeted with a smile, and some UNC basketball conversation. "I've never been able to get ahold of Kim and I've never received a call from her. If I get an email response from her team it's usually weeks to months later. Luckily, I've never had to file a claim with her office. The other reviews seem crazy good but that is definitely not the experience I've had.
